CONSULTATION

Consultation service is for the parent to conveniently speak to Ms. Lauren via phone, email, or Skype. This provides an opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and determine if a full evaluation is right for your child.

SCREENING

A screening is an opportunity for Ms. Lauren to perform a quick 10-15 minute observation of the child's skills, performance abilities, and receive input from the parents to determine if further information is needed via completion of a full evaluation.

EVALUATION

An evaluation is comprised of a detailed parent interview, clinical observations, and standardized assessments to determine the skill level, goals, and plan of care for your child. The evaluation will assess functional living skills including sensory needs, level of independence, play skills, attention, and everything in between. A full written report will be provided following the evaluation.

TREATMENT

Treatment is tailored to each individual child based on their current skills, needs, and goals. The length of sessions and number of sessions per week will be determined upon evaluation. Treatment strategies utilized by Ms. Lauren include sensory integration, reflex integration, therapeutic activities, motor planning, constraint-induced movement therapy, occupation-based tasks, and much more!
